Talent Acquisition Specialist - Head Office Jakarta

Scope of Works
  • Responsible for organizing all talent acqrate policy and procedures.
  • Main activities are covering:
    • Design and review  guidance and tools  to comply with company standard policy and Procedures
    • Build networking & update information regarding to candidate sourcing & selection process
    • Establish and maintain talent and  recruitment database from various sources
    • Prepare work plan and coordinate corporate
    • Talent attraction activities for special events
    • To lead corporate talent acquisition Planning
  • Education: Bachelor degree from Psychology or other major
  • Min. 5 years of experience especially in Talent acquisition and/or Talent management
  • Has competencies on psychological tools, assessment and interviewing skill
  • Has competencies in behavioral intuisition management, preparing necessary guidance and tools as well as facilitating HR Business Partner in each function  to be more effective in conducting talent acquisition process according to corpoerviewing / Targeted Selection
  • Has ability in  Job Profiling & Facilitation Skills
  • Strong knowledge in project management  
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Application (Talent Management System, Performance Management System)
  • Language: Fluency spoken and written English
  • Other qualification / skills: Hold a license in psychological analysis and Targeted Selection Interviewer
